Important note:

A return fee of €5.00 applies and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping conditions

If your order doesn't fit or you don't like it, you can send it back to us within 30 days. Simply pack the items together with the return slip into the shipping box, seal it securely and attach the return label. You can then drop the parcel off at any DHL pick-up point.

You will receive your refund via the same payment method as soon as your return has been processed at our warehouse.

Right of withdrawal

If you wish to withdraw from your contract, you have two options:

1. Withdrawal by returning the goods

Your withdrawal takes place within 14 days of delivery simply by returning the goods.

2. Withdrawal in writing or by phone

Your withdrawal takes place within 14 days of delivery in writing (e.g. by email, fax or post) or by phone. We recommend using our sample form. Afterwards, please send the goods back to us within 14 days.

Return conditions

The right of return applies only to unworn, unwashed and flawless items whose tags have not been removed.

Returns must be made in a single shipment. If you wish to return several items, they must be sent back to us together in one shipment.

The return is made with the shipping carrier through which the parcel was delivered (DHL).

We can only accept returns from the respective delivery country. If, for example, the delivery was sent to Germany, the return may also only be initiated from Germany.

Personalised items are excluded from exchange.

Refund of the purchase price

After we have received your return, we will inform you by email about the refund to be made. The refund will be processed promptly. Please note:

  • The refund is made using the same payment method as the purchase.
  • The refund is made in the same currency as the purchase.
  • The amount charged is always refunded to the buyer and card or account holder.
  • If the return was purchased with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued.
  • The time of the payment refund depends on the respective payment method or credit card.
  • If you made your purchase with a promotional voucher, you will receive a refund for the amount actually charged to you after the voucher was applied. The promotional voucher then loses its validity.
  • If you made your purchase with a promotional voucher and return part of your order, you will receive a proportional refund relative to the voucher value.
