Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Tutto Passa. If you would still like to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Return Period
You can send items back to us within 14 days of your order's delivery. The shipping date of the return is decisive.

Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the corresponding amount (minus the €5.00 handling fee) to your original payment method.
Alternatively, for heavily discounted items, you will receive a merchandise voucher by email.
Please allow for a processing time of up to 10 business days after we receive your return.
