Shipping within Germany
We ship orders within Germany on business days via DHL. Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days after shipping confirmation.

Delivery to Switzerland 🇨🇭
Yes, we also deliver to Switzerland! Shipping cost: €5.99. Since shipping originates from Germany, customs and import duties may apply upon entry into Switzerland, which are the recipient's responsibility.

International Shipping
For deliveries outside Germany, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination country and shipping carrier.

Shipment Insurance
Your order is insured until delivery to you. Please check the goods for external transport damage upon receipt. If damage is visible, please report it directly to the carrier and then contact our customer service.
