Shipping within Germany
We ship orders within Germany on business days via DHL. Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days after shipping confirmation. Shipping costs €5.99, or €9.99 for express. Free shipping on orders from €55.

Delivery to Switzerland 🇨🇭
Yes, we also deliver to Switzerland! Shipping cost: €19.99. Since shipping originates from Germany, customs and Swiss import VAT may apply upon entry and are payable by the recipient. For orders below approximately CHF 60, import VAT is usually not levied.

International Shipping
For deliveries outside Germany, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination country and shipping carrier. Shipping cost within the EU: €13.99. All other countries: €19.99.

Shipment Insurance
Your order is insured until delivery to you. Please check the goods for external transport damage upon receipt. If damage is visible, please report it directly to the carrier and then contact our customer service.
