Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed in the online shop of Tutto Passa GmbH, Freiheitsgasse 12, 9320 Arbon, Switzerland (hereinafter "we" or "Tutto Passa").

2. Contracting Party
The purchase contract is concluded with Tutto Passa GmbH.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order. By completing the ordering process (clicking "Buy" or "Complete order"), you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we accept your order via an order confirmation email.

4. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in the displayed currency. Payment is made via the payment methods offered at checkout (currently PayPal).

5. Delivery
Delivery terms and times can be found in our shipping policy. Shipping takes place from our warehouse in Germany.

6. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Right of Withdrawal
Our separately stated right of withdrawal applies to consumers.

8. Warranty
Statutory warranty provisions apply.

9. Liability
We are liable in accordance with statutory provisions. Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

10. Applicable Law
Swiss law applies, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence (e.g. for deliveries within the EU) provide otherwise.

11. Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, Arbon, Switzerland.

12. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
